According to the time of year the Muay Sangha system changes the emphasis of its training routines.
Cold Season
(1st October - 1st March)Cardio-vascular and ring training
Parts 3,4,9,11 and 13.
Hot Season
(1st March - 1st July)Balance, co-ordination and footwork training
Parts 1,2,5,6,7 and 12.
Rainy Season
(1st July - 1st October)Groundwork and grappling training
Parts 8,9,10 and 12.
