(1st August until end of February)

Mornings - 8am until 11am

Evenings - 4pm until 7pm

Summer Training Schedule

(1st March until end of July)

Mornings - 6.30am until 10am

Evenings - 5pm until 7pm

According to the time of year the Muay Sangha system changes the emphasis of its training routines.

Cold Season

(1st October - 1st March)

Cardio-vascular and ring training

Parts 3,4,9,11 and 13.

Hot Season

(1st March - 1st July)

Balance, co-ordination and footwork training

Parts 1,2,5,6,7 and 12.

Rainy Season

(1st July - 1st October)

Groundwork and grappling training

Parts 8,9,10 and 12.
